There is no magic workout routine, no secret pill, no secrets at all really! Fitness is a way of life not a quick fix and it’s simple work hard and eat properly! That’s all there is to it!

No excuses no bullshit, push your body beyond comfortable boundaries, if your not uncomfortable if you don’t have the tiniest bit of fear in your stomach then enjoy running in circles and always looking exactly like you do now

One thing that really annoys me about your typical gym enthusiast/gym rat is how they overlook the importance of rest! It’s all about quality over quantity… Why spend all this time eating clean and going hard at the gym to just ignore your body and over working, how’s that working out for you?

If your going everyday you ain’t working hard enough simple as that!
